About Peak Development

Kevin Lamphere, President of Peak Development, has the unique combination of an exceptional education and the practical knowledge derived from many years of hands-on experience in the trades. Kevin holds a degree in Engineering Management from The United States Military Academy at West Point and served as an Engineering Officer in the United States Army. His education, integrity and discipline combined with experience in nearly every building trade and his attention to detail are characteristics that are evident in the professionally designed homes that Kevin has built. His homes showcase his building expertise and set the standards for beauty, quality and value.

Kevin M. Lamphere founded Peak Development Corporation in 2002. For the past several years, Kevin has built many homes in separate subdivisions, including homes in Auburn and Hooksett, NH, where he was recently awarded the New Hampshire Home Builders Association’s Cornerstone Award for Model Home of the Year. Kevin is a board member of the N.H. Home Builders’ Association.

Kevin’s goal is to build quality homes on time and within budget. In Kevin’s words, "We aim to develop residential neighborhoods and build homes that exceed customer expectations." Kevin and his wife, Kristine, work together in the accomplishment of these goals, and Kevin is on¬site daily throughout the entire building process.
